You will be welcomed with a reception drink before settling into the nostalgic surroundings of The Garrison, where a carefully crafted three-course meal takes centre stage. Curated by Glynn Purnell, Birmingham’s much-loved Michelin-starred chef, the menu reflects his signature style: creative, refined, and full of personality. Known for elevating classic British flavours with a modern twist, Purnell’s influence promises a dining experience that feels both comforting and indulgent.
After coffee and a thoughtful gift for every dad, the day continues with an exclusive all-access stadium tour, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the home of Birmingham City.
